Recommended for all traditional DNA and RNA transfers, where a neutral or single probe test is desired. |
- Supported Nylon membrane
- Difficult to crack, tear, curl and break.
- Hydrophilic, eliminating the need for wetting agents, never turns hydrophobic during hybridization.
- Higher binding capacity than nitrocellulose membranes (approx. 350 µg/cm²)
- Binds a great range of fragments sizes.
